It's important to note that we have no ownership or affiliate ties with any non-SKM MedSpa RX skincare brands. Consequently, we cannot assure the efficacy of skincare items purchased through the SKM Medspa online shop, the SKM Medspa RX online shop. Skin reactions vary significantly, and individual sensitivities to skincare product ingredients are common. We strongly advise reviewing product ingredients before making a purchase, especially if you have known allergies.

In instances where a product in our online shop lacks a comprehensive list of ingredients, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for confirmation. While we make every effort to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee or assume responsibility for any allergic reactions or discomfort resulting from the use of products bought through SKM Medspa. Although such occurrences are rare, predicting individual reactions to specific skincare products is challenging.

For transparency, we strive to include the full list of ingredients directly from each brand for products available in the SKM Medspa RX online shop. However, it's essential to be aware that skincare manufacturers may alter product ingredients with new releases without prior notice. Booking confirmation/policy

CONFIRMATION TEXT AND EMAIL

To provide a convenient reminder, you will receive a text and email confirming your scheduled service appointments before the designated date. In the event we are unable to reach you through these means, we kindly request that you take responsibility for remembering your appointment dates and times. This proactive approach ensures punctuality, prevents missed appointments, and helps avoid any associated cancellation fees. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in maintaining a smooth and efficient scheduling process.

Cancellation policy

Please be aware that when an appointment is forgotten or canceled without sufficient notice, it not only leaves a void in our schedule but also denies clients on our waiting list the opportunity to avail themselves of our services. Recognizing the ease with which appointments can slip one's mind, we send reminders 48 hours in advance. Given that the services are exclusively reserved for you, a Cancellation fee will be enforced.

Kindly note the following policies:

1. Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
2. Same-day cancellations will incur a $50 fee.
3. In the event of a "NO CALL, NO SHOW" for your appointment, your card will be automatically charged the full amount for the booked service.
4. Deposits are non-refundable.
5. If you exceed a 15-minute delay for your appointment, rescheduling will be necessary, accompanied by a $50 fee.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, which are designed to ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process for all our valued clients.

Return policy

All transactions completed through SKM Medspa, whether online or in-office, are considered final and non-refundable.

Payments made to SKM Medspa for any product, package, skincare service, gift card, prepaid appointments, or financing (Care Credit, Cherry Financing, or Vagaro Pay Later) are deemed as final sale and are non-refundable. It's important to note that financing credits through Cherry Financing and Vagaro Pay Later are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be utilized for SKM Medspa products or services.

For reasons of health and sanitation, we are unable to accept returns for used skincare products purchased through our website. While all sales are final and non-refundable, exceptions apply in specific circumstances. If you receive a product or packaging in a defective or unusable condition, please reach out to us for resolution. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to addressing such issues with the least inconvenience to you.
